Important Information About LED Steering Wheels
In 90% of cases, our customers receive their custom steering wheel within 5–6 weeks (including production and delivery).
While we always strive to deliver on time, certain factors—such as sourcing an OEM core or unexpected material delays—may cause minor delays. These situations are uncommon, and we will always keep you updated throughout the build.
If timing is critical, we recommend considering an in-stock option

to confirm whether we can complete your order within approximately one month. In certain cases, we can prioritize your build and expedite production for an additional fee, depending on parts availability and schedule.
What’s included with your steering wheel?
• Steering wheel core (OEM frame) with premium carbon-fiber finish.
Optional upgrades
• Carbon paddle shifters
• LED shift display
• Custom airbag cover
• Heating function (only if your car already has OEM heating)
Important
• The wheel is sold as core-only. You will reuse your airbag, buttons, and electronics during installation.
• Sometimes a wheel may arrive with buttons already mounted for photos. Please reuse your OEM parts. Any pre-installed buttons/electronics are not tested and are not covered by warranty.
• Professional installation is recommended.

Before adding an LED shift light display to your build, please review these key details:
🔸 Aftermarket Component
- Our LED shift displays are aftermarket parts, manufactured in China.
- Lifespan varies: some units perform for years, while others may develop issues sooner.
- If the display fails, it cannot be repaired or replaced.
🔸 Compatibility & ECU Tuning
- The LED system connects to your vehicle via an OBD2 module.
- Please note: if you plan to run a Stage ECU tune or any remapping software, you cannot use both simultaneously, since the OBD port is occupied by the LED system.
🔸 Installation Requirements
- The LED wheel communicates wirelessly via Bluetooth with the OBD2 module, but also requires a dedicated 12V power + ground.
- Some vehicles may require running custom wiring through the clock spring if a direct 12V source is not available.
- Every vehicle is different: professional installation by an experienced technician is mandatory.
- Remote troubleshooting is not possible – please confirm your installer is confident handling LED steering wheel wiring before placing an order.
⚠️ Note: LED steering wheels are non-returnable and non-refundable.

- Due to the nature of these aftermarket components, LED steering wheels and LED displays are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Ensure your installer is comfortable with the process before ordering.
Absolutely! We welcome customers to visit our Swag Motion showroom by appointment, Monday through Friday.
Weekend appointments (Saturday & Sunday) may also be available upon request.

At Swag Motion, we love what we do — and it matters to us that you love your new steering wheel just as much. Every wheel is built individually for you, with time, materials, and craftsmanship invested from day one.
Custom Steering Wheels (Made-to-Order)
All of our custom steering wheels are made to order.
This means they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable,
except in cases where a defect is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Because each wheel is built to your exact vehicle and design specifications, it cannot simply be resold or reused if you change your mind. Once we begin production, all sales are final.
If Something’s Wrong
If your wheel arrives with a defect, you have 48 hours from delivery to contact us at:
swagmotion.sales@gmail.com or message us directly on Instagram for a faster response.
Please include:
- A detailed explanation of the issue.
- Photo and video evidence.
If a defect is confirmed, we’ll make it right with a repair, exchange, or store credit.
Installed wheels are not eligible for return.
What’s NOT a Valid Reason for Cancellation
We’re car enthusiasts too, but some situations just don’t count:
- You sold or totaled your car while we were building your wheel.
- You changed your mind / got cold feet (buyer’s remorse).
- Your spouse found out and staged a full-blown budget intervention.
- You decided to trade horsepower for pedals and start training for the Tour de France.
Cancellations for In-Stock Wheels
For ready-to-ship items, returns are possible, but fees apply:
- Not yet shipped → 5% (covers payment processing).
- Prepped & packed → 20%.
- Shipped → 25–50%, depending on inspection.
