From the moment you place an order with us, your custom carbon fiber steering wheel is made with precision and care. Below is an overview of what to expect during the production and delivery process.

Crafting Your Steering Wheel
Each steering wheel is crafted to order, taking 15 to 20 business days to ensure quality. This timeline may shift slightly due to high demand or specific customizations. We only count business days, so weekends and public holidays aren’t included.

Shipping Timeframes
Once production is complete, your steering wheel is sent directly to you. For customers in the U.S., shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days. International orders will arrive within 10 to 15 business days. Keep in mind that customs clearance may add extra time to international shipments.

Confirmation and Progress Updates
After you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a breakdown of your order details and estimated timelines. We’ll also keep you updated throughout the production and shipping process, including providing a tracking number once your steering wheel is on its way.

Unexpected Delays
While we always strive for timely delivery, external factors such as shipping carrier delays or customs processing may cause occasional delays. If your order is delayed, we will work closely with you to resolve the issue and keep you informed throughout the process.

International Customs & Duties
For international customers, import duties and taxes are set by your local customs authorities. These charges are not included in your purchase, and the recipient is responsible for paying any applicable fees upon arrival.
